“FLASH MOB” RAID AT THE COUNTRY CLUB PLAZA MAY NOT BE THE LAST, by Alonzo Washington
KANSAS CITY, MO – I was out and about today. A lot of young people approached me about the Plaza hang out thing. Most of them said if Kansas City, Mo. can support Rock Fest they won’t stay away from places that they are not wanted. They made no mention of coming back to the Plaza. However, they said they will keep showing up via text messaging when so-called city leaders have forgotten about them. So know that the latest gathering at the Plaza and other places is not over.

The killing does not stop in Kansas City, MO. The sad thing is that no one really cares about the carnage as long as it stays on the eastside. If you know who was doing all the shooting give me a tip. Read this:
Two back-to-back shootings left one person dead and three others injured late Sunday in Kansas City, police said. Both shootings were reported about 10:40 p.m. One person died and another sustained life-threatening injuries at Gregory Boulevard and Prospect Avenue, police said. Two other victims sustained critical injuries from an incident in the 5600 block of Norton Avenue, police said. Details were not immediately available.
