17-YEAR-OLD CHRISTOPHER WILLIAMS IS CHARGED WITH MURDER. By Mass Appeal News

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – On Tuesday, Jackson County prosecutors charged 17-year-old Christopher Williams with second-degree murder, discharge of a firearm and two counts of armed criminal action following the shooting death of Darrin C. Miller, 53, on Friday afternoon.

According to a witness, Williams and Miller were having an argument when the two decided to pull out their guns and exchange fire. Both men were hit but Miller didn’t make it. Another witness said Williams instigated the incident.
