Domestic Violence: Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones is standing by Greg Hardy

Jerry Jones gives Greg Hardy 2nd chance

Greg Hardy gets second chance from Dallas Cowboys.

Mass Appeal Wire Reports

DALLAS — Last year, Greg Hardy got arrested after beating the living crap out of his ex-girlfriend Nicole Holder. But, unlike Ray Rice, he’ll get a second chance — thanks to Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones who insists the team won’t release, suspend or reprimand Hardy after brutal pictures of the domestic assault went viral on Friday. The photos show a bunch of bruises all over Holder’s body, including her face. “We have given Greg a second chance,” said Jones who was aware of the allegations against Hardy when he signed him but didn’t see the pictures. “While we did not have access to the photos that became public today, we were and are aware of the serious nature of this incident.”

“We as an organization take this very seriously,” Jones added. “We do not condone domestic violence. We entered into the agreement with Greg fully understanding that there would be scrutiny and criticism… He is a member of our team and someone who is grateful for the opportunity he has been given to move forward with his life and his career.”

Do you agree with Jones?

Does Hardy deserve another chance?

There is no place for this animal except prison. He is obviously a angry, dangerous person who does not belong intermingling with civilized people. He needs help and, frankly, I’m not sure anyone can help him because his behavior suggest he doesn’t want help. And, making matters worse, Jerry Jones and the deplorable Cowboys organization are supporting this psychopath

  2. Another criminal, with NFL money so he feel entitled and 1 gets paid to help. Future Hernandez and many others, if lucky be like a Ray Lewis with 2 super bowl and a new book deal or prison.

  3. This piece of $hit should be in jail. Talent over morals…

  4. Jerry Jones would sign Jeffery Dohmer if he was alive

  5. Stay classy Cowboys….smh

  6. Hardy handled that shit like a man

Real niggaz will beat a ho down

  7. BS….kick him out now. No person like that should be rewarded with further opportunities that playing in the NFL provide. There’s many more players who are better people and can play just as well, if not better. Until people like this start paying SIGNIFICANT consequences for their actions, this stuff will continue to permeate through our society and all the bleeding hearts will continue staring into space asking why.

  8. I totally believe him and I now know he has changed his ways and is an awesome guy now!

  9. What don’t people understand, he has a second chance and a 1 strike he’s out contract. It won’t happen again, if it does he’s gone.

  10. Any man that hits a woman, in my opinion, is a coward. Unless he is faced with a life threatening situation there is no excuse. I have not read anywhere that he is or ever has sought therapy for his behavior. He obviously needs help. Just to say I’m sorry doesn’t cut it for me. Sounds more like he would say anything to keep the checks rolling in. Jerry Jones has to live with his conscience. We’ll see if it was worth his decision when the Cowboys bomb out. God does not like ugly and this stinks.

  11. He is not sorry for a minute. Hardy is an animal. After he viciously battered this woman, he had a chance to show that he was changing. He failed miserably. He made classless comments about Brady’s wife, he made that awful sexist video, he assaulted a ST coach on the sidelines. It’s a matter of time before he kills someone.

  12. There wouldn’t be dirt bags like Greg Hardy around without pathetic enablers like Jerry Jones to keep them out of jail. Jerry Jones has a daughter – since Hardy might not have a woman right now maybe he could hook them up.
