I read this book about two years ago and while in the beginning it wasn’t a great book I still decided to finish it. I read it in one sitting and I admit that at the end of the book I was sobbing uncontrollably. It’s just one of hose books that hits you hard especially if you are going through hard times. I will definitely go watch the movie but I will prepare myself because I am most likely going to be an emotional wreck.

I told my parents today that I’m a faggot , no more pretending to be a tough guy at home no more pretending in front of my father that i like women, believe me people it takes a tough gay to face your parents and tell them to their face the truth that i love another man its a weight off my shoulders I lost the respect of my father , who cares living in the closet is suffocating ?
