LOS ANGELES – Remember Drucilla “Dru” Winters from the histrionic CBS soap opera “The Young & the Restless?” If so, check this out.

Award-winning actress Victoria Rowell of the aforementioned daytime television drama joined Mass Appeal’s Wayne Hodges and radio veteran Reggie Brown on Kansas City radio station KGGN 890 AM earlier this week to discuss her exciting campaign for a proposed soap opera series (you can hear the Q&A through the media player below). During the interview, the 12-time NAACP Image Award winner discussed the lack of ownership in theatrical entertainment and the importance of maintaining royalties.
