FORT LAUDERDALE — The adventures of Pookiesha & Ray Ray continue. Veanitta Lenon, 37, was thrown in the slammer after she deleted her boyfriend, 46-year-old Jason Bloomfield, then slept next to his dead body for five days. The fatality transpired on November 23, 2024 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. According to reports, Veanitta and Jason had contretemps when she accused him of cheating with an ex-girlfriend. They were also on the verge of gettin’ evicted from their apartment because they didn’t pay the rent. As the quarrel intensified, Veanitta pulled out a gun and opened fire — striking Jason multiple times. Then she dragged his corpse from the living room to the bedroom, pulled down her panties, and hopped in the sack… for damn near a week. Jason’s cadaver had a malodor that reeked of sh*t 💩 and piss. Veanitta didn’t give a damn.

Jason was found the day after Thanksgiving 🦃 by his 15-year-old son.
His body was decomposed underneath a pile of clothes and blankets.
“[The teen] said that they went to check on his father, after they had not heard from him since Friday, November 22nd,” the police department said in a statement. Veanitta showed up at the apartment in Jason’s silver BMW and started “fake crying, with no tears.” She also tried to concoct an alibi by confabulating with neighbors and sending text messages from Jason’s cellphone.
Detectives knew Veanitta was full of sh*t 💩.
So they opened an investigation and discovered she used Jason’s phone to withdraw funds from his bank account.
They also pulled her GPS records that showed she was at the crime scene at the time of Jason’s quietus.
Veanitta was arrested on May 2, 2025 and charged with second-degree murder with a firearm and fraudulent use of personal identification information of a deceased person.
She’s facing a lengthy stay behind bars.
Jason worked at Burger King🍔.
The manager said he was scheduled to work on November 24th but never showed up.
Investigators learned Veanitta posted a series of threatening videos aimed at Jason’s alleged side chick.
“You like my man. He turned you on,” she said.
“Pick out a casket and your favorite church song.”
The succubus also told her social media followers, “I just want to be held. I don’t even care if it’s at gunpoint.”
