Will Smith ‘sued’ for sexual misconduct by gay violinist

LOS ANGELES — First, Tyler Perry. Then, Diddy. Now this. Will Smith released a corny rap song, claiming he likes “Pretty Girls.” Well, turns out, he likes zesty men too. Brian King Joseph, an electric violinist who appeared on Season 13 of “America’s Got Talent,” is suing Will and his company — Treyball Studios Management, Inc. — for sexual harassment, retaliation and wrongful termination. Brian claims he was supposed to perform on Will’s 2025 European and U.K. tour of his “Based on a True Story” album until he was blindsided with a pink slip — causing him to suffer PTSD. The lawsuit was filed last week in Los Angeles Superior Court. Brian, 35, didn’t specify whether or not Will clapped his cheeks. But he said they spent a lot of quality time together. Brian said Will once told him, “You and I have such a special connection that I don’t have with anyone else.”

The gay musican🌈 also alleges Will entered his hotel room at Mandalay Bay without permission while they were in Las Vegas.

He even claims the 57-year-old rapper left him a container of AIDS therapeutic so they can copulate.

“The evidence included a handwritten note addressed to Plaintiff by name, which read ‘Brian, I’ll be back no later [than] 5:30, just us,’” the lawsuit states. “Among the remaining belongings were wipes, a beer bottle, a red backpack, a bottle of HIV medication with another individual’s name, an earring, and hospital discharge paperwork belonging to a person unbeknownst to Plaintiff.”

Amid trepidation of gettin’ sodomized, Brian filed a police report and asked for another room.

A few days later, the fudge packer💩 received a call from a Treyball rep informing him that his services were no longer needed.

Will was reportedly pissed at Brian for not giving him some bussy.

“Everyone is telling me that what happened to you is a lie,” the rep told Brian.

So, tell me, why did you lie and make this up?”

Brian hung up the phone and called his lawyer.

He’s seeking millions of dollars 💰 in damages.

“The facts strongly suggest that Defendant Willard Carroll Smith II was deliberately grooming and priming Mr. Joseph for further sexual exploitation,” the lawsuit alleges.

“The sequence of events, Smith’s prior statements to Plaintiff, and the circumstances of the hotel intrusion all point to a pattern of predatory behavior rather than an isolated incident.”

Will’s attorney — Allen B. Grodsky — denies the allegations, calling ’em “false, baseless, and reckless.”
