HOLLYWOOD — “🎵I give good love. I’ll buy your clothes. I’ll cook your dinner too. Soon as I get home from work.🎵” A viral video shows “Fearless” host Jason Whitlock and a panel of critics lambasting Pastor Michael Todd’s romantic comedy “Relationship Goals” starring singer Kelly Rowland and rapper Method Man, 54. The movie was released just in time for Valentine’s Day♥. In the film, Kelly’s dramatis personae (Leah Caldwell) dons men’s apparel, works a man’s job, and she’s flanked by an overdramatized gay male assistant. Kelly, 45, looks like a dude. There’s nothin’ feminine about her. Not to mention, the flick suffers from a superfluity of soft-ass, beta male characters. The movie should be called “Simp and the City.” Leviticus 20:13 states, “If a man lies with a male as lying with a woman, they both committed an abomination; they certainly will die; their blood is upon them.”

Pastor Todd, New York’s No. 1 bestselling author for his book “Relationship Goals,” is certainly familiar with the scripture.

So it makes you wonder why he staked his name and reputation to a woke, fruity🍎🍑🍒, fudge packin,’ Liberace-esque film.

Whitlock has a beef with how Kelly’s character was portrayed. “If I had went to a movie theater and wasn’t going to have to talk about it on the show, I would’ve left 15 minutes in,” he said. “Because I think within the first 15 minutes, she’s wearing a pair of shoes that are made for men… [and] some kind of zoot suit. They got her dressed up like a man going to work, and it wasn’t until the end of the movie where they actually showed you Kelly Rowland’s one of the most beautiful women in Hollywood and let’s put her in a dress.”

“The whole thing just seemed… over the top,” Whitlock continued.

Every character was so exaggerated. There was no subtlety to the storytelling… When they showed up to work and the gay black man meets ’em at the elevator, that’s when I would have been like, ‘Ok, let me get [out of here].”

Social media reaction was fierce.

One commenter wrote, “We are in the last days and the church is full of people not reading their Bible… There is no way I would follow Mike Todd to Burger King even if he was paying!!! He needs to repent and anyone else who doesn’t accept Jesus Christ as their lord and savior. Period!”

Another viewer added, “Something about it was just off, especially when Method Man said ‘Faith’…. I said, ‘Nah, that ain’t it.😂”

Are you sick and tired of how blacks are depicted in Hollywood?

Is it time to cancel Pastor Todd?

  1. Method gettin a lot of roles lately. He mustve did something gay with them producers.

  2. Kelly and Method Man have no chemistry. The problem with Kelly is that she isn’t a lead actress; she’s more of a comic relief supporting type who can showcase some good looks.

  3. SATAN’S PEOPLE ARE RUNNING AMOK😂😂😂😂YOU CAN HEAR THE HOMOSEXUAL IN MISS TODD….HURRY UP FATHER THE DEMONS ARE FUNNY BUT THEY LEADING GOOD PEOPLE ASTRAY

  4. Mike Todd is a celebrity progressive “Pastor” and a false teacher

  5. Mike Todd is Tyler Perry,T.D jakes Jr. you got a self centered dude making “ Christian Movies” that doesn’t know the Bible smh 😳🤔👀👀👀👀

  6. Mike Todd is a literal demon walking amount us. Who have him the green light for this and WHY is Kelly Rowland so easily bought? She literally be doing ANYTHING 😭😭

  7. The movie was very boring, I almost wanted to cut off the last 30 mins. I wasn’t expecting much, just wanted to support.

  8. Pastors like Mike Todd are the reason I stopped going to church

  9. It was like a parody of a romcom. So predictable. Weak script. Extreme overacting for no reason. Cute scenery and cute people, but the characters were forgettable outside of Method man. He tried to act in each scene, but Kelly’s character was so opera!

  10. Anyone who’s a fan of Mike Todd is truly lost because he truly teaches a different religion

  11. Jesus never compromised to target or bait the lost. He always hit them with the truth!

  12. Hate/Love!!!??? These modern women are losing their ghatdamminds!!!🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️🥴🥴🥴🤣🤣🤣

  13. This is a crap movie but this really is how a lot of black women think.
Especially in college years to early 30s. And it’s fitting right into the tyler perry mindset that the book this is based on was written by a pastor.
Showing you why a lot of black men have stopped going to church because of the atmosphere it turned into.

  14. Nobody mentioned that the women were too old and past the wall to be considered prizes. For that reason alone the movie has no appeal to younger audiences.

  15. 1. I almost stopped watching this because they were pushing that book so hard.
    2. That airport scene was hard to watch.

  16. They got method man on video doing some crazy shit if he’s agreed to this

  17. Me and my wife started watching this and as soon as they started talking about the patriarchy we had enough. I already tried to look pass the gay guy.

  18. So glad that men have checked out. We woke up and understood the game being played on us.
Now we call the shots. Men can be alone and not lonely. Women are just alone hitting the wall.

  19. Kelly should stick to singing, because her acting skills are subpar at best. Shit her singing is terrible!😁😆🤣🍻

  20. Dam they made Method look like a simp at the end… “Hate/Love… I can work with that.”

  21. Im sick and tired white liberals pushing gay shit on the black community
