Black chick makes plea.

ATLANTA — “🎵R-E-S-P-E-C-T. Find out what it means to me.🎵” A viral video shows a TikToker named Stacy imploring brothas to stand up for black women when they’re being disrespected in public. In the one-minute clip, the prepossessing damsel appears to insinuate that it’s commonplace for Brad or Hector to grope their asses in the club, or call ’em bitches and hoes sans repercussions. “Dear black men, I really need you guys to start protecting black women and sticking up for black women when we are disrespected in places where you guys are at,” Stacy said. “And I’m sure that y’all heard videos on this about how black women get disrespected in a club scene or, you know, in Hollywood or whatever… and sometimes some of y’all participate in that. Some of you black men participate in the disrespect towards black women. When you ask us to get down so that the white woman can sit up. When you ask us to, you know, get up so that the Asian woman can sit up. It’s disrespectful and sometimes I feel like you guys forget that you have black daughters or that you’re going to have a black daughter…”

“So it really just questions me,” Stacy continued. “I question it sometimes because… you know black women are the most disrespected and you participate in that by doing stuff like that. And, then y’all forget that y’all have whole black moms. Please make it make sense. Please start protecting black women in spaces where they get disrespected. Don’t add on to it. Doesn’t make any sense.”

Social media reaction was priceless.

One commenter wrote, “Let me get this straight. Black men are supposed to protect all black women. The same black men who black women always call the cops on as well as use the court system and feminist movements such as ‘Me Too’ and ‘Believe All Women?’ Yeah, they out of their damn mind. Would those black women expect their dads, brothers or sons to risk their lives for black women who show hatred towards them?”

Another chimed in with, “When you ethnically betray your race by sleeping with non-black men you are no longer granted black protection or access. You have effectively switched sides you idiot. We don’t care about you anymore.”

A third viewer added, “She know damn well ain’t no black man told black women to get up so another race of women can sit down. She could’ve pulled a better excuse out her ass than that.”

Do you agree with Stacy?

Is the onus on black men to safeguard black women?

  1. BLACK WOMEN SHOULD RESPECT BLACK MEN BUT YOU DON’T!!! SO WHY SHOULD HE COME TO YOUR RESCUE!!! WHEN YOU START TREATING THEM WITH RESPECT THEN THEY WILL STEP UP!!!

  2. I never saw or heard a black man asking a black woman to get up from a seat for a white woman or Asian or Hispanic woman to sit down .. and how about black women that get involved or participate to disrespect a black man and as a public transportation rider I barely see or even see young black women that give up their seats to elderly black women

  3. Black men get disrespected all the time, but black women never defend us so why would we defend them?

  4. You can get killed or put in jail taking up for and defending a loud mouth trouble making woman. Mind your business.

  5. They disrespect you but want respect and protection from you! 👀💯

  7. Black men do not help these stupid black women.

They do not respect and obey us, they have no respect for black men. Do not help these stupid black women.

  8. Ma’am I’m sorry but I am from an era where you mind your business! To many of times I’ve see a man come to a woman aid just to be met with harm or end of their life.

  9. Your brothas have always and will always protect their daughters, wives, mothers, and sistahs. Sistahs should get married to receive the best protection, which should come from their husbands.

  10. I ain’t never seen no Blackman ask a black women to give her seat up for a Caucasian women….never

  11. Stop undermining and disrespecting the same men yall need to protect y’all!

  12. “When you ask us to get down so the white woman can get up…” What the hell are you even talking about?

  13. Dont give a shit . Tell that lesbian bitch that said “ you don’t a man” to come protect yo azz

  14. Don’t let them use you brothers. They’ll let you go to jail and forget you ever existed the next day. Even family. She wants to be able to go out and talk and start all kinds of stuff and leave it up for men to fight her battles. Typical

  15. For what? You get on the internet and call us everything but a child of God. What happened to not needing us🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

  16. I don’t know anything about the Black Woman being the Most Disrespected. But I do know that Most Black Women are Disrespectful 💯💯💯

  17. A Deacon defended someone at Church recently and was thrown down a pair of step’s. Doesn’t seem worth it, black men don’t owe us shit 💩

  18. 🤯🤯🤯…She probably out in them streets right now! And well all have learned, that all black folk ain’t kin-folk!!!😉… Because you maybe Blk , don’t give you any pass!!! Especially if you out in them streets not acting like a ” Lady “. Doing hood-rat stuff. I can tell by the way she talk and look that this could have been avoided! I guarantee she overreacting on what got her trippin!😬😬😬

  19. Defend the loudest, rudest, attitudiest, masculine, heaviest women on earth. The bonnet tattoo, snap your fingers two times, won’t shut the fuck up, you giving nerd, strong independent sistah? Get tha fuck outta here!

  20. You keishas been disrespectful to black men for over 400 years. Especially the last 60 years. And stop with that “you have a mom and daughter” bullshit.

  21. I am a black women with the same man for forty seven years and black women today carry themselves nasty. If I were a man I wouldn’t protect them either they need to stay out of bars when I was coming up we did not hang out in clubs and bars. She needs to grow up and get out.

  22. IT IS NOT MY FIGHT IF IT’S NOT MY WOMAN!!! I’M NOT GOING TO INSERT MYSELF IN NOBODY ELSE SITUATIONS, AND RISK MYSELF FOR JUST ANYBODY!!!

  23. But I thought you were “Strong & Independent”…you don’t need no man remember?😂

  24. Amazing how my mom, grandmother, sister, cousins, colleagues, and many other bw in my life have never ONCE complained about feeling unprotected. Mainly bc they all carry themselves with class and and like LADIES. From what I’ve observed, the BW complaining about being the most disrespected are usually the most disrespectFUL. You reap what you sow, carry yourself like a lady and you’ll be regarded as one, even from the young knuckleheads!

  25. Sorry, these modern BW are very rude & disrespectful. Ask Phylicia Rhasaad & Chaka Khan….no accountability, no home training. I don’t blame BM for not wanting to step up to protect these hyenas🙄

  26. Having Black daughters has zero bearing on protecting Black women, none. Black single dad of two here. We Black men owe NO WOMAN anything, NOTHING. Are you going to come back to my house to help me? No. Are you going to step in when a woman goes out the box on me? No, so why in the hell would I risk my life for a woman who just might have started the whole mess? We’re not. We’re not going to get out butts kicked or killed for a stranger. I know I’m not unless a man is beating you down then I MIGHT step in.

  27. This is what husbands are for! You don’t get to run the streets and make babies with whoever and expect the other guys to help you when u need it! Call ur baby daddy or one of the guys on your roster for protection!

  28. I am not protecting no Keisha. She is a vile creature and I will not be sent to the upper room because of her stupidity.

  29. I have a rule that prevents me from premature death!
    I mind my own business!

  30. As a black man, I had black women fatigue since the 5th grade. The most disrespectful women want to be protected.
