ATLANTA — The adventures of Pookie & Ray Ray continue. Devin Anthony, 26, was thrown behind bars after he Ctrl-Alt-Deleted his gravid ex-girlfriend, 23-year-old Shakiya Pridgen, and their fetus because she dumped his ass. The femicide/feticide transpired in Decatur, Georgia around midnight 🌙 on June 16, 2026 — just days before Shakiya was set to give accouchement. She had her baby shower the weekend prior. Shakiya — a single mom of two crumb snatchers — broke up with Devin and got her first apartment to start a new life. “She was doing everything a mother is supposed to do,” Verdina Scott, Shakiya’s mom, told reporters. Amid trepidation of paying child support, Devin — a convicted felon — called Shakiya and begged her to take him back. When she declined, the braided YN came to her residence, pulled out a gun and opened fire through Shakiya’s bedroom window — striking her multiple times while she was asleep in bed with her 1-year-old son and 3-year-old daughter.
Shakiya was transported 🚑 to the hospital where she and her unborn son, Kyren, were pronounced dead. Devin was later arrested and charged with malice murder, feticide, two counts of aggravated assault, criminal damage to property and possession of firearm by a convicted felon. He’s facing a million years in prison. Fortunately, Shakiya’s other two children weren’t harmed.
They’re gonna live with grandma in lieu of becoming orphans.
“We are a strong family,” Verdina said.
We are going to take care of her children and keep her name alive.”
Social media reaction was vicious.

Another chimed in with, “Y’all love Pookie until he shows his true colors. By then, it’s too late.”
A third person added, “Celebrating a baby shower with a mother who’s 23 with two children already and pregnant with another dusty’s child is ridiculous. Stop having kids, OMG! Leave these men ALONE!😡”
Shakiya knew Devin was a piece of sh*t 💩 when she met him.
The boy has a criminal history with a rap sheet comparable to Charles Manson’s.
Devin was previously sentenced to 20 years for murder, but only served 11 months because he killed another nigga.
Yet, Shakiya ignored every red flag 🚩 and gave him some ass anyway.
