CHICAGO — “🎵Fight the power! We’ve got to fight the powers that be!🎵” President Donald Trump and his administration were slapped with a lawsuit on Monday for deploying the National Guard to Chicago, Illinois as White House officials continue to place Pookie, Ray Ray, Democrats and illegal immigrants within the crosshairs of their Republican rifle. All hell broke loose on Saturday when Trump authorized the deployment of 300 members of the Illinois National Guard to the Windy City to “protect federal officers and assets” from the aforementioned malefactors. But Illinois Governor JB Pritzker censured the move, then told Trump to mind his own f*cking business. The lawsuit was filed in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, Eastern Division, just hours after a federal judge obstructed a homogenous deployment of the guard to Portland, Oregon. Trump, Department of Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth and Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem are among the defendants named. Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson called Trump’s tactics “unhinged and unhealthy.”

“Defendants’ deployment of federalized troops to Illinois is patently unlawful,” the lawsuit states. “Plaintiffs ask this court to halt the illegal, dangerous, and unconstitutional federalization of members of the National Guard of the United States, including both the Illinois and Texas National Guard.” To compound matters, there’s video of ICE agents in riot gear and gas masks effectuating an immigration raid, pulling residents (including children) from their homes in the middle of the f*cking night🌙. Because of that, Mayor Johnson signed an executive order to create “ICE-free zones” throughout Chicago. The order covers schools, libraries, parks, and other city-owned spaces.
White House spokesperson Abigail Jackson spoke to CNN in defense of Trump’s stratagem.
“Amidst ongoing violent riots and lawlessness, that local leaders like Pritzker have refused to step in to quell, President Trump has exercised his lawful authority to protect federal officers and assets,” she explained.
