LOS ANGELES — “Aftermath” honcho Dr. Dre raised eyebrows over the weekend when he revealed he suffered 3 strokes in 2021 following a brain aneurysm. Dre spilled the tea during an appearance on “This Life Of Mine” with James Corden. “I just woke up and I felt something right behind my right ear,” Dre recalled. “Worst pain I ever felt. And I got up and I went on about my day and I thought that I could just lay down and take a nap. My son had a female friend that was there. [She was] like, ‘No, we need to take you to the hospital.’ So they took me to urgent care. And I got to urgent care and they’re like, ‘No, this is serious.’” Dre said he spent 2 weeks in ICU, and the doctor told him, “You don’t know how lucky you are.” In other words… if Dre waited a minute longer to see a physician, he would’ve been toast. Men are typically stubborn when it comes to making doctor appointments.
That has to change.
Social media reaction was cold-blooded.
