WASHINGTON — “🎵It’s my prerogative. I can do what I wanna do.🎵” President Donald Trump is under fire 🔥 after he didn’t seek approbation from Congress prior to striking Iran’s nuclear facilities with a myriad of 30,000-pound bombs. In case you didn’t know, the U.S. Constitution (Article I, Section 8) grants Congress the sole autonomy to pronounce an ass whoopin’ against another nation. That’s significant because many Democrats and some Republicans believe the aforementioned attack is equivalent to a declaration of war, which means Trump acted illegally. His cabinet members, however, disagree. It’s their contention the bombing was merely a limited action aimed at Iran’s nuclear facilities, which doesn’t meet the definition of war. “This is not a war against Iran,” Secretary of State Marco Rubio told Fox News. Vice President JD Vance echoed a homogeneous sentiment, saying Trump had “clear authority to act to prevent the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction.”
Trump disseminated an online message, threatening more attacks if new leadership doesn’t transpire. “If the current Iranian Regime is unable to MAKE IRAN GREAT AGAIN, why wouldn’t there be a Regime change???” he wrote before adding, “MIGA!!!” Social media reaction was wild. One commenter wrote, “Wars suck but why are people acting like the U.S. would lose a war to these countries?”
Another chimed in with, “The Nobel Peace Prize ought to go to President Trump! 🙏🏻🇺🇲❤⭐”
A third person added, “Trump should just be President for the next 20 years. ❤”
Israel and Iran have agreed to a “complete and total ceasefire.”
So, for now, there will be no World War III.
