Measles are back!!!

Blog King, Mass Appeal

KANSAS CITY — Uh-oh! They’re back. According to the Missouri Department of Health and the Kansas City Health Department, the City of Champions just registered our first case of the measles since 2018. To quote Florida Evans: “DAMN, DAMN, DAMN!!!” Health Department officials said it’s an adult, but wouldn’t specify the gender or reveal the person’s identity. Here’s what I don’t get: If measles are so f*ckin’ dangerous, why not broadcast the victim on TV or put his or her countenance on the front page of every newspaper and blog in town? That being said, you’d be sagacious to take precaution. “Measles remains one of the most contagious diseases, with the potential for serious complications,” Kansas City Health Department Director Marvia Jones said in a statement. “The good news is that MMR vaccination is an effective way to prevent measles.”

In other words, Marvia wants us inoculated 💉💉💉 to prevent an outbreak. “We are working swiftly to identify the source of exposure and notify anyone who may have been exposed,” she said. “We urge residents to review their vaccination status and consult their healthcare provider if they have symptoms such as fever, cough or rash.” Anti-vaxxers were quick to clap back via social media.

One commenter wrote, “Measles is the new COVID. Wear a mask and gloves, and get 3 or 4 vaccines.”

Another chimed in with, “I ain’t getting the jab. If I die from measles, so be it. That’s God’s will.”

A third person added, “I trust my immune system.”

Do you plan to get immunized?

Watch the reports.

  1. So grateful that I grew up in the 60s. I’ve had all my shots. Even my children have had all their shots.

  2. In my 70s, I’m getting all the vaccinations this year: COVID booster, pneumonia, hepatitis B, shingles, and RSV

  3. Measles is a one-time healthy process, if not interfered with. It lasts about as long as the flu and rarely recurs if you don’t try to suppress it with drugs. It appears to be a maturing process for the immune system for some people.

The principle: disease itself is the remedial process. One of its main purposes is to lower toxemia , which is always present and fluctuates. Disease starts out as self- limiting and only fails to end if the environment is too toxic, too stressful, too deficient, or excessive, especially over long periods of time.

  4. The United States was the first nation to use biological warfare. The government distributed smallpox infected blankets to tribes. It virtually wiped them out. While people consider their second amendment rights they should also consider that their vaccinations are a right and that they should arm themselves by being vaccinated.

  5. If Americans have doubts about vaccines, NO WONDER MEASLES ARE ON THE RISE!!

  6. It’s crazy. They won’t vaccinate their children, but they’ll feed them sugary processed food.

  7. I’m 72. Had measles as a kid. Missed a week of school and then back to normal.

  8. The ignorance of the American people is utterly frightening. Particularly as diseases such as measles can prove to be very deadly.

  9. I do NOT want to go through another pandemic bruh this is exactly why I hate Anti Vaxxers

  10. People should have choices and not impose them on others
If you or family get sick stay home and deal with the consequences- don’t expose others

  11. I trusted vaccines 30 years ago. I dont trust today’s vaccines. Big difference.

  12. “I did not have sex with that woman”
“Read my lips no new taxes”
“If you get the ‘vaccine’ you’re not going to get covid”
The people leading the government are directly responsible for people’s mistrust of what they say.

  14. The main people who are against vaccines dont wash their hands after going to the bathroom… Yall know who im talking about…

  15. Rich children parents are not stupid enough not to get their children vaccinated. But average Americans are going to listen to ignorant unqualified buffoons who I’m sure aren’t vaccinated.
