CHINA — “🎵Everybody was Kung fu fighting. Those cats were fast as lightning.🎵” China President Xi Jinping and his retinue are investigating after one of their robots went berserk on its first day at work by launching a series of Kung fu kicks at human employees. Kid you not. The crazy ordeal transpired during 4th of July weekend. It was also captured on video. Surveillance footage shows a silver Unitree G1 humanoid named Joko Prabuwesi doing his best Bruce Lee impersonation on two male workers as a female employee ran for cover. Joko unleashed a barrage of precision kicks. He even struck a karate pose in between ass-whoopins. China officials tried to laugh it off, calling the incident a choreographed “promotional stunt” to demonstrate the machine’s advanced agility and lifelike mobility. Even if true, there’s no question Joko was completely out of control.

The violent attack came on the heels of 70-pound robot clown 🤡 kicking a little boy in the stomach during a Children’s Day show at a botanical garden in China. As the Unitree G1 performed a bunch of martial arts-style moves in front of children and their parents, it landed a roundhouse kick to the kid’s abdomen; causing him to double over in pain before collapsing to the ground.

China officials claimed it was an accident.

Yeah, right.

Social media reaction was insane.

One commenter wrote, “It’s all fun and games until Skynet launches.”

Another chimed in with, “It’s funny now, not so much when they start ripping our heads off.”

A third person added, “This is why nerds shouldn’t run the world.”

Do you think Joko was programmed to act a damn fool?

Or, did a malfunction take place?

Watch Unitree G1 kick some ass.
