1. It’s far from a cinamatic masterpiece but i enjoyed it an i played all the games on the ‘SUPER NES CONSOLE ‘ …HOPE THEY DO ANOTHER MOVIE.

2. They literally did a poochie the rockin dog on Liu Kang so they could do their girl boss story with Shao Kahn being defeated by a hair tie……I’m serious.

3. They brought kano back to life to ask him about something that was in his pocket the WHOLE TIME? Killed cole young off which is like why did yall have him in the franchise anyway? His role couldve been replaced with a Stryker or nightwolf.

4. It’s as if the writers wrote this movie with the intent of going out of their way to disrespect the MK lore and its characters (Liu Kang & Kung Lao especially) as much as possible.

5. And what’s up with Quan Chi’s head

7. Liu kang was supposed to be the hero at the end but Kitana end up being the hero so this shit garbage!

11. The more I saw fake Jade the more i was pissed off, and they made Shao Kahn weak. They only thing i like with him was his arrogance because of the cheating. Killing Liu Kang to make this a girl boss flick is diabolical. No true fan of Mk will like this movie. Why did they have fake Jade shoot a beam out of her staff? Hot garbage

12. I was done when they made Jade baldheaded. They did the same shit to T’Challa’s bodyguards in Black Panther. Hollywood loves featuring black women with no hair. Smh

14. Ending was trash to me, I agree that Kitana should not of been able to beat Shao Kahn (especially with a damn HAIR TIE). 1995 is the best MK movie still, but at least this one had fatalities, and somewhat accurate move sets & stages

This movie try’s to special effect you to death to cover up all the flaws ….. the story was weak , the fighting was weak .The tournament feel wasn’t even there , they’re teleporting to boards rather than even have a crowd and a actual tournament. The fighters barely even do their special movies … smh I don’t understand why they can’t get this right by now it’s sad . Raiden still hasn’t gotten to do his famous flying push …. Nor has he gotten to have a full fight….. I’m tired of this . The poster boys for this game barely fight since the first film .

20. too much wire/rope work, too much flying from punches n kicks across the air and ground/floor, too much humor, that didn’t hit or took away from the severity of the moments and circumstance, baraka made comedic smh, urban as johnny cage didnt hit for me, shao kahn was decent but overly used and than to be killed off by kitana was blasphemous, quan chi looked horrible n sounded horrible, sonya jax were dry, shocked they killed jax, kung lao was wasted again just to be killed off again lol noob wasnt given an adequate background or story and no Liang sub zero, scorpion was ight but i dont like old actor hoodie scorpion, kano was cool but sucks now hes a good guy ? whack, raiden getting coma’d by kung lao just walking up in there was laughable, raidens a god wtf, that razor hat aint puttin him down for good, hell no, kitana beating killing khan on the first fight, hell no, jade was aight but im not a fan of the bald look, shang tsung almost a no show, sindel wasted and was annoying with her scream lol no cool music or so to pump the fights, and they played the song at the end credits smh good backgrounds and nods to the game positive, killing cole positive but some of the scenes looked like small stage studio production…as a movie 5 or 6 of ten for me as a mk fan knowing characters n lore etc 4…where were the haunted face tree forest ?! missed on that…and i dont know didnt like how barakas face looked, felt it could’ve been better, they could’ve used more villains instead of have khan kill them off himself, no kintaro!!!! the acting was stale at times or many times, choppy, and sometimes like the movie looked like something from sci fi ch or lifetime….no sub zero, reptile, kintaro, smoke…raiden n tsung were weak n underutilized
