KANSAS CITY — The war between Heaven & Hell, Angels & Demons 😈 continues in the highly anticipated expansion pack for Blizzard Entertainment’s “Diablo IV: Lord of Hatred” — released on April 28, 2026. Dude I’m fired up! In addition to a new Skovos campaign, the action role-playing game has been completely overhauled with two new classes (Paladin and Warlock), new torment difficulties and Kanai’s Cube for state-of-the-art crafting. Paladin and Warlock are cool, but I’ve pledged allegiance to my Demigod and babygirl remains devoted to her Sorceress as we restart our excursion to extirpate Satan and his fallen angels. If you wish to join, my Xbox Live gamertag is Blog King. “Diablo IV: Lord of Hatred” is the game’s second major expansion, coming on the heels of “Vessel of Hatred” — which was released in 2024. To save time, “Lord of Hatred” introduces a new major city called “Temis” that offers instant access to the game’s new and existing features (the Pit, Kurast Undercity, etc.).

Skovos, by the way, is home to the Amazons – a race of female warriors who take pride in kicking ass. So it’ll be interesting to see what challenges they bring. Are they allies? Enemies, perhaps? Guess we’ll find out. One thing’s for damn sure. With the story shifting to Skovos, we’ll definitely come across the unholy specter of Lucifer’s wife — Lilith. After we give her a dirt nap, the prophecy states we’ll encounter Mephisto (aka the Lord of Hatred) in the final battle.

Again, I’m fired up! 🔥🔥🔥

Just bought a new wireless controller.

Time to open a can 🥫 of whoop-ass!

  1. I want to try Diablo 4 but why do I need to spend $90 just to play the new expansion. Greedy ass company

  2. Personally I was a huge fan of D3 and I’m incredibly happy that Blizzard is bringing the best from D3 to D4. I’ll finally jump back into D4 today when the update drops.

  3. I stopped playing after finishing the campaign years ago and never got to experience the end game content and the updates that followed. I recently picked it back up and now I have a hard time putting the game down. This game is stupidly fun and addictive.

  4. Brothers, the Lord Jesus Christ is coming back soon. Seek Him while is time.

May His peace be upon you. 🙏🏻

  5. Dude, there’s no way in hell I’m paying for a game three times I don’t care how good it is

  6. If you cant afford the game, you should go and experience sunlight and get a job because the ARPG Communities manufactured rage is beyond rediculous nowadays. I personnaly dont want any of my taxes going to these basement dwelling, nerd raging i😮diots.

  7. I spent $50-60 last time to kill Mephisto in story mode so why would I pay again?

  8. @JohannZaroli: The question should rather be why do they always need two years and selling an addon to make the game how it should be on launch? It’s Diablo 4 >FOUR< how do they always have to start at 0 …. As if they didn’t learn anything from 1, 2 and 3

  9. i dont think they are done with dlc content yet. theres a lot of space open for more map. and nobody will be mad at more classes lol. shoot i already want 4 more classes.

  10. I haven’t played since the first expansion, might be worth trying again

  11. Its a scam. If you have vessel of hatred you have pay for it again if you want to buy lord of hatred.

  12. they’re definitely coming back stronger with each expansions! soo excited for this!

  13. If the heavens and angels came from Anu’s body, and Anu had expelled his bad thoughts and feelings before this, how come the Arcangels do so many things that could be evil? Is their definition of evil different? If so, does that mean that their definition of evil “good and pure” is different too?

  14. I had a few drinks with friends about a week ago and bought the new expansion and a day later wondered what the hell was wrong with me. Haven’t played since launch and I’m just winging it as a Warlock and goddamn it if I’m not enjoying myself.

  15. I’m one of the biggest D4 haters but I actually concede this expansion was a MASSIVE step in the right direction. But we shouldnt have had to buy the game three fucking times for it too happen, if it was released like this it would have been way more positively recieved. Also have a box price or a shop NOT BOTH.

  16. The skill tree is by far the biggest improvement Blizzard has made in a long time.

  17. My beef is with the start of the story and effectively removing the one thing that was worth fighting for. That and sending us to an island of Amazons, but somehow the expansion class is warlock.

  18. I’m pissed. It made me have to rebuild my character that I had for years. And I can’t build them back to how they were. This is awful and made the game unplayable for me. Thanks blizard 🙄

  19. It’s a fantastic expansion but the changes to the game’s systems are equally as good. 10/10 must buy.

  20. Yeah I was the guy who quit D4 as soon as I finished the campaign, skipped the first expansion, and bought Lord of Hatred thinking I was going to regret it. Not at all, the game is in an awesome place right now and if it launched like this it would have been seen completely differently. Highly recommended.

  21. Only cost $165 👍 and I have to purchase on PC and Xbox if I want to play the same character on different platforms 👍 feels good man

  22. As a long term Diablo player, we have finally made it. The combat feels great and gearing is finally interesting.

  23. The game is amazing now. We are playing coop on ps5 with my wife. And this is just brilliantly good.

  24. Shit this better not be the last expansion where the fuck is diablo? You got a diablo game with no diablo.

  25. As someone who hated Diablo4 the last few years, I’m absolutely loving it now. There is so much quality of life and weird designs such as the skill tree that is now fixed. Everything makes sense, things aren’t being skipped over. 10/10 I’m finally hooked on the grind!

  26. Never thought I’d say this but Diablo 4 has surpassed POE2 as the superior game (for me personally)
