MIRAMAR — The adventures of Pookie & Ray Ray continue. Derrick Bargman Williams, 28, was thrown in the slammer after he murdered his baby mama, 25-year-old Jessica Singleton, because she broke up with him. The femicide transpired around 8:30 a.m. on December 20, 2023 outside their residence in Miramar, Florida. According to police reports, Jessica — a victim of domestic violence — filed a restraining order after Derrick beat her to a bloody pulp. The judge told him to stay away from the home they shared together. But Derrick ignored the court order and showed up unannounced — sparking a big argument. Neighbors said he and Jessica went at each other’s throats throughout the night and into the morning. The quarrel eventually made its way outside. That’s when Derrick pulled out a gun and opened fire — striking Jessica multiple times in the chest. Then he continued to shoot her in the back as she tried to run away.
Derrick and Jessica have three children together. But the shooting transpired in front of their 4-year-old and 1-year-old. After committing the crime, Derrick fled on foot with his son chasing after him, yelling, “Daddy, daddy, daddy.” Yep, that stupid n*gga ran off and left his kids. When police officers arrived, the boy told ’em, “Daddy did it to mommy, and mommy is dead.”
Derrick hid behind some bushes several blocks away.
But a police dog tracked him down and bit his black ass.
Derrick was arrested and charged with murder.
Social media reaction was vicious.
One commenter wrote, “The saddest part of the whole story is the baby boy running after that coward posing as his father and screaming for him to stop running.”
Another chimed in with, “Sad these Keishas love Pookie & Ray Ray because they’re exciting and give them that tingling feeling. But when they try to leave, it’s usually too late.”
A third person added, “He looks wild as f*ck.😳”
The Department of Children and Families placed the children in the care of Jessica’s mother.

Some of these men, would be a damn hello and goodbye. I surely couldn’t imagine them on top of me. Then, they bring babies into this world with them. I just don’t know what many woman are thinking about. So many times, they’ll say something in the beginning, that’s your warning sign to get the hell away from them. It’s okay to be alone. They know that when they get a woman, she will be black with low self esteem. They also know that if she ever comes to her senses and ditches their ass, they will have it hard finding another woman. That’s because they know they are worthless and hopeless, and the only sort of woman who will have them is a black woman with low self esteem, and even that’s hard for them to come by.
