WASHINGTON — Love him or hate him, President Joe Biden’s election campaign is finger-lickin’ good. Racial stereotypes be damned, the Colonel-in-Chief set the internet ablaze the other day when he released a cringe campaign video that shows him serving greasy fried chicken to a black family in exchange for their vote. It’s arguably the creepiest quid pro quo ever. To compound matters, Biden chose a different entrée. He’s apparently too good for chicken. “I went the route of making sure I had a hamburger,” he told the father and his two sons prior to starting a dinner table confabulation. Instead of announcing aspirations of becoming a doctor or lawyer, both kids revealed predictable goals of becoming big-time basketball players. “I’m playing AAU basketball right now,” the 7th grader said. “Are you really? What, are you a guard?” Biden asked. “Yes sir,” the kid replied.

The big brother, who’s in high school, echoed homogeneous ambitions. “Right now, I’m just doing basketball. [I’m] point guard on the JV team for my school,” he said. “I’m impressed,” Biden replied. Social media reaction was priceless. One commenter wrote, “If you don’t like fried chicken, you ain’t black!” Another chimed in with, “What, no watermelon, corn bread, or collard greens? C’mon Joe — if you’re going to be stereotypical, why not go all the way?”

A third viewer added, “What’s next? Is he gonna bring Taco Bell to Hispanics?”
