MELVINDALE — Where the hell is she? Tamera ‘Tammy’ Williams — the succubus charged with the grisly dismemberment of her boyfriend, 39-year-old David Carter — has been added to the U.S. Marshals 15 Most Wanted Fugitives list. Damn, they have helicopters lookin’ for her ass. If you recall, the Melvindale Police Department in Michigan named Tammy — a mother of two — the prime suspect after David’s remains were found dismembered in garbage bags along Interstate 75 near Hancock, Ohio. The crime occurred at David’s apartment in 2018. Tammy, now 44, has been on the run ever since. “The addition of Tamera Williams to the U.S. Marshals Service Top 15 Most Wanted demonstrates our commitment to apprehending Williams, to answer for this brutal murder,” said Owen Cypher, U.S. Marshal for the Eastern District of Michigan. “We will pursue her for as long as it takes and stop at nothing to bring her to justice. We will be relentless in this endeavor.”
Tammy is slippery for a reason. She worked in the medical field as a travel agent. She’s a trained phlebotomist. She’s a world traveler with ties throughout the United States, and she’s closely involved with the Order of the Eastern Star — an appendant body of Freemasonry. Tammy could be anywhere. The absconding damsel stands 5’5″ and weighs approximately 190 pounds.
Tammy has black hair, brown eyes, and she has a large tattoo of roses on her left shoulder.
Tammy’s case has been featured on several television crime shows, including America’s Most Wanted, In Pursuit with John Walsh, and Unsolved Mysteries.
She’s charged with first-degree murder, dismemberment of a body, tampering with evidence and felony firearm possession.
Law enforcement officials said Tammy shot David after he broke up with her.
Then she severed his body parts.
David was last seen at his son’s football game on September 28, 2018.
He was reported missing after he didn’t show up to work for three straight days.
Elton Carter, David’s father, is holding out hope Tammy will be brought to justice.
“I’m glad to see that they haven’t given up,” he told reporters.
“It’s been a long time since anybody has said anything about her whereabouts or anything.”
Tammy’s mom, Verdine Day, is a former union official convicted of embezzling $200,000 from the Detroit Fire union.
Maybe she funded her daughter’s disappearance?
