EASTPOINTE — When flippin’ burgers 🍔 goes tragically wrong. Afeni Badu Muhammad, a 26-year-old McDonald’s employee, was thrown in the slammer after she butchered her manager, 39-year-old Jennifer Harris, because she was sent home early two days in a row. The fatal stabbing transpired on July 10, 2025 in the greasy fast food restaurant at 17921 9 Mile Road in Eastpointe, Michigan. According to reports, Afeni — who’s batshit Non compos mentis — acted a damn fool so Jennifer told her to get the f*ck out. After gettin’ jettisoned, Afeni went home then returned with a knife and infiltrated through the employee entrance with a “hooded mask over her face” to conceal her identity. She proceeded to stab Jennifer 15 times in the face until an armed customer fired a warning shot, imploring her to stop. Afeni was then held at gunpoint until police arrived. She was arrested and charged with first-degree murder and carrying a dangerous weapon with unlawful intent.

Jennifer, a mother of six, had worked at McDonald’s for 15 years. Her children are now orphans. “This is an absolutely senseless and heartbreaking tragedy,” said Macomb County Prosecutor Peter J. Lucido. “We are deeply saddened by this tragic incident, and our hearts go out to the victim’s family and loved ones,” said Yusef Alcodray, the restaurant’s owner. Prior to delivering her best Zorro impersonation, Afeni shared a series of disturbing videos on social media — complaining about how Jennifer bullied her.

“I got sent home early yesterday,” she said.

I got sent home early today by the same person. I’m telling you, she’s a bully. This isn’t funny… I have sh*t I have to take care of… She needs to understand that just because she’s a mother and has children, it doesn’t mean she can come into this store, disrespecting people and acting like everyone is beneath her. She has no respect.”

In a second video, Afeni said, “F*cking idiot! Make me do the sh*t against my f*cking will!”

And, in a third video, she yelled, “Bitch, suck my dick!”

Sadly, using knives on fast food employees is nothin’ new to Afeni.

She tried to stab a co-worker at Taco Bell a few years ago.

  1. This girl may have issues but I believe her when she said her boss was bullying her. She didn’t kill anyone else. She attacked the person who was harassing her.

  21. In my opinion, if this woman was so appauled by the behavoir of the manager, why did she not plan to transfer to another franchise or find another job? Also, she could have raised these issues with upper management about the restaurant manager’s conduct. This woman has demons of her own and to do what she did, come to the restaurant armed with a deadly weapon, attack and murder the manager, not just a manager but a human being, a mother, a person, this act of wanton murder is far greater than what she is ranting about on her post. We cannot kill someone because we find the person repulsive. We need to check ourselves first and aspire to be the best individual we can be.

I Work for Walmart (Customer Service) And I too Have A Few Higher ups that Do NOT Know how to talk to People and it is Hard to Just Let it Go But I do Because I Need my Job and I Actually Love Interacting with Different People on a Daily Basis. But there is NO WAY I am About to Take it Upon Myself to Snatch Someones Life from them. I can Either Find Another Job or Pay it No Mind,Do My Job and Go the Hell Home.   31. I’ve had multiple jobs where I felt I’ve been targeted I didn’t react in that way I quit and found a job that valued me

  32. She is mentally unstable and she needed help. But if she was homeless she probably fell through the cracks. She probably didn’t have health insurance or didn’t know how to get help or even “REALIZE” she had an issue. If you’re mentally unstable you don’t know it. (If that makes sense)

  34. I was treated TERRIBLY by my employers. It was emotional abuse to the extreme. I would have to excuse myself and go cry in the ladies room, get it all together and go back, but I never once thought about hurting or killing anyone.

  35. I had a former boss who was horrible the minute he made me cry i just up and left during the busiest time of the day I never went back that was almost 30 years ago

  36. Even if everything she’s saying is true doesn’t give her the right to take that ladies life. She could quit and go get a job somewhere else and could of filed a complaint against the manager. She robbed that ladies’ kids of their mother for a job at McDonald’s.

I don’t doubt she felt like she was being bullied, but it could be that she’s a horrible employee too, hence why the manager was on her back. Can’t blame a manager from managing and if this employee felt wronged, their is an abundance of options other than taking someone’s life. What i saw was a mentally unhinged person who wasn’t taking her job seriously and acted out a fantasy of snuffing someone’s life. Now 6 children don’t have a mother. 😡

    1. We need to teach our kids how to deal with conflict. So many of young people cannot deal with any sort of adversity.

    2. We need to teach our kids to be empathetic leaders. Not saying this was the case here, but workplace bullying is real. It must stop because these kids will “crash out” and take your life. Years of mass shootings hasn’t taught us that lesson yet, apparently.
