LOS ANGELES — “How the hell you get fired on your day off?” This week’s “I F*cked Up A Good Job Award🏆” goes to Joy “Peanut Butter Skin” Taylor who, after a decade of service, was fired from Fox Sports on Tuesday amid allegations of sleeping her way to the top. Joy, co-host of “Speak,” is named in a sexual assault and discrimination lawsuit against quondam programming executive Charlie “Quid pro quo” Dixon. Joy, who was married at the time, reportedly let Charlie clap her cheeks in exchange for a promotion. The blackmailer also threatened to sue his ass for sexual harassment in the event her employment demands weren’t met. The lawsuit was filed in January by former Fox Sports hairstylist Noushin Faraji. “Undisputed” co-host Skip Bayless, who left the network in August 2024, allegedly offered Noushin $1.5 million to have sex with him. Skip, 73, also gave her “lingering hugs and kisses on the cheek while putting his body against hers and pressing against her breasts.”
Joy, 38, wasn’t the only Fox employee on the chopping block. Emmanuel Acho, LeSean McCoy, Mark Schlereth, Chase Daniel, Keyshawn Johnson, Paul Pierce, Craig Carton, Danny Parkins and several others were also given pink slips. Network executives said their shows — Speak, The Facility and Breakfast Ball — “struggled to find a huge audience, prompting the cancellations.”
Emmanuel tweeted a candid parting message.
“In sports, when you’re not good enough, you get cut,” he wrote.
“In TV, when you’re not good enough, you get cancelled.”
What’s crazy is Joy f*cked Emmanuel too.

But then Joy takes it the extra mile by sleeping her way to the top while promoting the “strong independent black woman in a men dominated business” while behind closed doors doing the exact same as all females are doing now a days, prostitution, if that aint the definition of feminism huh 😂

Joy is horrible for sports talk but GREAT for observing the way many modern women in high positions think. We as a society need to come to terms with the fact that most women are as sexually driven as men under similar conditions. Sex isn’t this “chore” or laborious task engaged solely for male pleasure. Once the power dynamic is reversed, you see the same tensions and “dominance” exercised amongst women with high positions and money. Maybe it’s the nature? Maybe it’s the nature of the beast?
