MIAMI — First, Takeoff got smoked while shooting dice🎲. Now we’ve learned another member of Migos got shot. Cardi B’s ex-husband, Offset (né Kiari Kendrell Cephus), took a bullet Monday night near the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida. The shooting transpired around 7 p.m. in the valet area. After gettin’ shot in the ass, Offset was rushed to the hospital in f*cked up condition. Rapper Lil TJay (né Tione Jayden Merritt) was arrested in connection to the shooting just moments after his attorney — Dawn Florio — said he didn’t have sh*t to do with it. “We are issuing this release in regards to false rumors that Lil Tjay was involved in a shooting … which [resulted] in non-life-threatening injuries to Offset, formerly a member of Migos. Lil Tjay has not been shot, nor has Lil Tjay been charged with any shooting,” Florio wrote on social media.

Florio is correct. TJay, 24, was charged with disorderly conduct, not attempted murder. But, scuttlebutt has it he and Offset were beefin’ over $10,000 💰 in gambling debt. Social media reaction was insane. One commenter wrote, “Offset needs a payday loan. He blew all his earnings gambling.” Another chimed in with, “Who is Lil TJay? Guess I’m old. I’m still stuck on 80s rap.” A third person added, “I’m shocked this didn’t happen sooner. At some point, Offset is gonna owe the wrong people and get himself killed!”
After bonding out of jail, a shirtless TJay spoke to reporters.
He called Offset a “rat🐀” for snitchin’ on him.
Then, when asked if they had a fight, he replied, “I’ll smack the sh*t out of Offset… You know what happened to the last nigga who touched me?”
Offset, 34, was seen smoking a cigarette 🚬 outside the emergency room.
He was sedentary in a wheelchair while wearing a hospital gown.
Looked like he just had surgery.
A close source said Offset lost $900,000 gambling before gettin’ shot.
