ATLANTA — “🎵Blame it on the Goose. Gotcha feelin’ loose. Blame it on the ‘Trón. Got you in the zone. Blame it on the a-a-a-a-a-alcohol.🎵” Law enforcement officials in Peachtree City, Georgia released body cam footage that shows comedienne Tiffany Haddish gettin’ busted for a DUI by a black cop. The “Girls Trip” star, who was behind the wheel of a Ford Explorer, was arrested in January 2022 after a 911 caller snitched on her for falling asleep at a traffic light🚦. Tiffany, 46, served 24 hours in jail and she was sentenced to 12 months of probation, 40 hours of community service and mandatory DUI school. Her driver’s license was also suspended. Tiffany rocked a short, golden coiffure after cutting her hair off. She looked like a little boy. “My name is Tiffany Haddish. I’m a comedian and an actress,” she told the officer in an attempt to use her celebrity status to elude a case. “I’m currently here in Fayetteville, working at your studio, shooting a movie called ‘Haunted Mansion’ with Disney.”

Without being prompted, Tiffany offered an elucidation for being inebriated. “My other dog died on the first,” she said. “You know who I am… Two of my mentors died. And I just picked my dog up. I’m going through a lot. I’m exhausted. And I just want to go to bed.” As soon as the cop got in her ass for driving while impaired, Tiffany retorted, “I know from my driver’s license test that you’re not supposed to be sleep at a light. But I know also that I work my ass off. Impaired, no. Exhausted, yes.”

After Tiffany declined a breathalyzer, the officer 👮‍♂️ had her perform a series of field sobriety tests in front of an audience of cops — all of which she failed.

She was given an eye exam, had to stand on one leg, and she damn near fell while trying to walk a straight line.

“You’re literally asking a depressed, exhausted [woman] to do all this sh*t?” Tiffany vented.

She was handcuffed shortly thereafter.

Social media reaction was wild.

One commenter wrote, “I don’t drink alcohol 🍷 and I can’t do any of that crap! Harassment!!!”

Another chimed in with:

I’d like to see sober cops pass those tests.”

A third person added, “Makes a Disney movie then sets a fine example for children by getting a DUI, smh.”

Tiffany recently celebrated being 3 years sober.

Prior to gettin’ arrested, she drove herself home.

But police met her in the driveway.
