CINCINNATI — The adventures of Pookie & Ray Ray continue. Police officials are investigating after the Black Ku Klux Klan beat the sh*t 💩 out of a white couple at the Cincinnati Music Festival. The ass-whoopin’ transpired downtown around 3 a.m. on July 26, 2025 in the vicinity of 4th & Elm. It was also captured on video. Cell phone footage shows a drunken man and his accomplices applying the beatdown as the crowd cheered ’em on. The white man got his head stomped into the ground. Then, a black man punched the white woman in the jaw — knocking her unconscious. Babygirl had blood leaking from her mouth as she laid helplessly on the pavement. There wasn’t an officer in sight. “I, like many, woke up Saturday morning to the video,” Cincinnati Police Chief Teresa Theetge told reporters. “When the incident occurred, we got our first call at 3:06 a.m. First officers were on the scene at 3:12 a.m.” Chief Theetge called the violence “nothing short of cruel and absolutely unacceptable.” She also said, “At this time, we have victims and suspects identified, and we have charged five people in this offense.”
Local leaders were quick to react. Ohio State Representative Cecil Thomas said he’s “totally embarrassed to see such behavior.” Cincinnati City Council member Mark Jeffreys said, “This incident is horrible. It is inhumane. This does not and cannot represent who we are as a city.” Fellow city council member Seth Walsh echoed a homogeneous sentiment. “Watching a video like this, if it makes anyone question wanting to come downtown, it means we are failing as a city” he said. “I can’t say that in strong enough terms.”
Social media reaction was vicious.
