NEW — The adventures of Pookie & Ray Ray continue. Terrell Campbell, 29, was thrown in the slammer after he maimed Hofstra student Nafiah Ikram because she ghosted his friend, 31-year-old Shaquille Coke. The ambush transpired on March 17, 2021 at Nafiah’s residence in Elmont, New York. Terrell and Shaquille were busted 5 years later. According to reports, Nafiah — who was 21 at the time — went on two dates with Shaquille and, after he displayed a myriad of red flags🚩, she stopped answering his calls. On the day of the mutilation, Nafiah had just returned home from work. The Islamic damsel was in her driveway unloading items from her car when a hooded Terrell ran up on her and splashed sulfuric acid into her countenance. Then he jumped in a red Nissan Altima that was driven by Shaquille and they sped off. Nafiah screamed for her father. “I started… panicking. I was like, ‘Dad, someone threw something in my face!’” she recounted. “And he was like, ‘Oh my God, it’s acid.’”
Nafiah suffered second and third-degree burns to her face, arms, wrists, shoulders, and esophagus, and she’s completely blind in her right eye.
Not to mention the emotional trauma she endured.
Two years later, Terrell — an aspiring hip-hop artist — posted his rap song “Obsidian” to YouTube in which he bragged about the acid attack. Yep, the dummy told on himself. “🎵On the street in the night like a hitman assassin. Trying to run up and have your face burned in acid,🎵” he rapped. Terrell was arrested on February 9, 2026 after a tipster ratted him out for a $50,000 reward.
He’s charged with first-degree assault, criminal possession of a weapon and unlawfully possessing noxious material.
Then Terrell snitched on Shaquille and he was busted on March 24, 2026.

The tipster helped prosecutors link the fellas to the getaway Altima 🚗 that was registered to a family member. Terrell’s cell phone was also investigated. “We reviewed Campbell’s Internet search history in the minutes following the 2021 attack, we found searches asking, ‘How do I remove sulfuric acid from my car’s fabric?'” District Attorney Anne Donnelly told reporters.
And two years after he ambushed Nafiah and left her screaming in pain on her front lawn, he actually produced and uploaded a music video to YouTube, boasting about throwing acid in a woman’s face, as unbelievable as it may seem.”
Terrell wasn’t the only one bragging.
Shaquille talked sh*t 💩 too.
“This defendant was a jealous, possessive, and jilted former boyfriend of the victim, who could not accept that his months-long relationship had run its course,” Donnelly said.
“With his co-defendant and high school friend, Terrell Campbell, Shaquille Coke allegedly carried out a vicious and vindictive attack to mutilate the young woman who ended their relationship. After the attack, Coke tried to distance himself from the attack while secretly sending vulgar messages to Nafiah Ikram, calling her cruel and disgusting names from a spoofed phone number. Coke said that ‘karma’ would get Nafiah, but justice has come for him. I want to thank our partners at the Nassau County Police Department for their tireless detective work over the last five years to see the individuals allegedly responsible for this horrific attack held accountable.”
Now that Shaquille and Terrell are in custody, Nafiah can finally breathe a sigh of relief.
“I’m glad in the sense that even though this is the beginning of a different chapter in my life, I’m glad that I’ve closed the chapter on the uncertainty and the safety and looking over my shoulder,” she said.
A close source said Shaquille and Nafiah were never a couple.
They went out on two dates and he never clapped her cheeks🍑.

Ladies stop letting new dates know where you live. Always meet at the restaurant or outing. When date is over say thank you and your goodbye’s or goodnight etc.
2 dates, 4 dates, 6 dates are still too soon. When you decide you trust enough to let a date pick you up or drop you off. Have him pick you up early so the date can meet a few family members. You can do that outside in your porch or community hangout. You are still learning this person just as well they are getting to know you. A true gentlemen won’t mind. As a guy, I can understand the pain of rejection. It sucks having a girl tell you that she’s not interested in you like that. With that being said, no girl is worth this kind of anger. No girl is worth you letting your emotions get the best of you. If she says no, then just let her go and move on. If she was actually interested, then she wouldn’t have said no. If she’s not interested in you, then she’s not worth your time. Go find a girl who’s actually interested in you.
