BATON ROUGE — When fighting over a female goes tragically wrong. Maurice Parms, 51, was thrown in the slammer after he Ctrl-Alt-Deleted 15-year-old Ja’Derrius Minnieweather during fisticuffs over a chick. The fatality transpired around 2 a.m. on June 5, 2026 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Ja’Derrius was pronounced dead on June 20, 2026 — two weeks after he was reported missing. His corpse hasn’t been found. According to reports, Maurice was f*cking a 16-year-old girl who Ja’Derrius had feelings for. Maurice treated the underaged damsel like sh*t💩, much to the chagrin of Ja’Derrius who confronted ’em while they were out manducating burgers🍔 and fries🍟. The braided teen yelled something to the effect of, “Leave her the f*ck alone!” Rather than find himself some mature pussy, Maurice beat Ja’Derrius to a bloody pulp then stashed the body.
Social media reaction was vicious.
One commenter wrote, “Imagine being a 51-year-old man and jealous of a 15-year-old boy.😩😩😩 Diabolical!”
Another person added:
These demons need to leave our precious babies alone!!!”
Witnesses descried the assault, telling investigators they heard Ja’Derrius begging for his life. Crime scene investigators found bloodstains on Maurice’s truck that matched the residue at the site of the altercation. Surveillance video also showed him discarding a mask, gloves and t-shirt. Maurice, already in police custody for copulating with a kid, was charged with murder.
And, because the statutory rapist refused to reveal where the body is located, the United Cajun Navy (UCN) and K9s 🐕🦺 are still searching.
White folks in the community are also offering a cash reward 💰 for information leading to a discovery.
“The streets are gonna start to talk,” UCN Incident Commander Josh Gill told reporters.
“The streets need to listen and somebody there is gonna put two and two together and say, ‘Hey, here’s what happened.’ Just know we’re not gonna rest on this.”
Ja’Derrius is 5-feet tall and weighs 98 pounds soakin’ wet.
Baton Rouge Police Chief T.J. Morse called him “one of our babies.”
