KANSAS CITY — First, defensive backs coach Dave Merritt was thrown behind bars for whoopin’ his daughter’s ass. Then, receiver Rashee Rice went to jail for smokin’ weed🌿 — a violation of his probation. Now we’ve learned Mia Bieniemy, the rib of offensive coordinator Eric Bieniemy, was transported 🚑 to the hospital after she was almost Ctrl-Alt-Deleted by their 27-year-old son — Elijah Zion Bieniemy. It’s been a felonious offseason for our Kansas City Chiefs. Thank goodness Mia is in stable condition. The attempted matricide transpired around 7:30 p.m. on July 26, 2026 at their residence in Ashburn, Virginia. According to scuttlebutt, Mia and Elijah had contretemps over him getting his own apartment. When told to pack his sh*t and move out, Elijah communicated something to the effect of, “I ain’t going nowhere. Don’t tell me what the f*ck to do!” As the argument intensified, Elijah pulled out a .22 caliber pistol and opened fire — striking Mia in the arm and torso.

SWAT showed up with guns drawn.

They were ready to smoke his black ass.

The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office said Elijah was arrested and charged with “Malicious Wounding, Use of a Firearm in Commission of a Felony, and Discharge of a Firearm Inside of a Dwelling.” The spoiled brat is facing between 10 to 33 years in the penitentiary. Chiefs head coach Andy Reid addressed the media on Monday. “Our hearts go out to Eric Bieniemy and his family,” Big Red said.

I can’t get into details… but things happen sometimes and Eric will work through it.”

Huh?

Things happen?

Um, Andy… a child shooting a parent should never happen.

This type of domestic incident doesn’t belong in that category.

There’s obviously something wrong in the Bieniemy household.

Nevertheless…

Eric was at training camp in St. Joseph, Missouri.

He has left the team and there’s no timetable on his return.

Social media reaction was fierce.

One commenter wrote, “These Gen Z men don’t want to work and move out. They’re content living in the basement with a PlayStation.”

Another chimed in with, “Spare the rod, spoil the child. That’s why it’s important to beat the sh*t out of your kids when they are young.”

A third person added, “So this is what happens when you have money? Then I’m good the way I am.”

It appears to be open season on the matriarchy.

If you recall, Ciarre Campbell — the 41-year-old brother of NFL player Calais Campbell — was thrown in the slammer last month after he Ctrl-Alt-Deleted their 71-year-old mother, Nateal Campbell.

Watch Elijah get arrested, interviews and more.

  1. When is our government gonna bring back facilities to house the criminally insane or just insane? Where is the community protection programs to actually keep the families and the general public safe from people like this?

  2. First time I have ever seen an armed black man being arrested and not killed.

  3. This is what it looks like when you coddle your grown children. As soon as they don’t get their way after a lifetime of getting his way, then BOOM!! They self destruct!!

  4. Ridiculous! Nothing is more dangerous than a wayward child especially with an addiction, criminal lifestyle, or serious mental health issues.

Thank God she’s alive and recovering.

  5. These lazy kids who refuse to grow up. Now he can live out his life for free off the tax payer. There are millions of parents with these lazy do nothing adult kids in their home blaming their parents for all their issues.

  6. Seems like Coach Eric Bieniemy and Coach Andy Reid have heathen sons.
