MEMPHIS — The adventures of Pookie & Ray Ray continue. Kordelro Harris, 36, was thrown in the slammer after he murdered his girlfriend, 32-year-old Jasmine Eason, because she broke up with him. The femicide transpired on December 9, 2023 at her residence in Memphis, Tennessee. According to police reports, Jasmine told Kordelro she was sick and tired of being his punching bag and she wanted out of the relationship. A scuffle ensued. While defending herself, Jasmine grabbed a knife and stabbed Kordelro in the hand. As she was attempting to flee, the simp pulled out a gun and opened fire — striking Jasmine multiple times. Her kids (ages 2 to 17) witnessed the shooting. When police officers arrived, they found Jasmine and Kordelro suffering from injuries. Both were transported to the hospital. Kordelro received treatment for his hand.
Jasmine didn’t make it.
During interrogation, Kordelro lied — telling investigators Jasmine was shot by two burglers who broke into the home. But her children told the truth, forcing Kordelro to come clean. The mendacious thug was arrested and charged with murder. Social media reaction was fierce. One commenter wrote, “He’s crusty looking.” Another chimed in with, “This is a classic story of a lot of y’all black women … NOT ALL, but we have to be honest. Most black women love SCUMBAGS!!! This is why bloggers are not running out of these same stories every single day!!!”
A third person added, “A mother of 8 kids only has a boyfriend? That’s a lot of kids. Sorry to say… but ladies, you can’t win over a good man with sex. She fell in love, but with a lot of wrong men. Can’t blame them. Honestly, no good man wants 8 kids.”
Jasmine, arguably the best hair-braider in town, owned a beauty salon.
Kordelro is a murderous bum with no goals or ambitions.
They appeared to be the perfect couple of social media.
But, behind closed doors, it was hell in a handbasket.
