MILWAUKEE — The adventures of Pookie & Ray Ray continue. Tyrese Allen, 27, was thrown in the penitentiary after he executed 33-year-old Giovanni McVicker and his gravid baby mama, 31-year-old Maya Tolbert, over some gangsta rap. You can’t make this sh*t up. The sanguinary ordeal transpired around 10:30 p.m. on March 9, 2026 at an apartment building in the 6800 block of North Darien Street in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. According to multiple reports, Giovanni and Maya asked their neighbor to turn his music down so that their kids could get some sleep. A bout of contretemps ensued. “Nigga, don’t come to my house with that bullsh*t!” Tyrese reportedly yelled. As the argument intensified, the malefactor pulled out a gun and opened fire — striking Giovanni and Maya twenty times at point-blank range. Both were pronounced dead at the scene.
Tyrese was arrested and charged with three counts of first-degree murder. That’s because Giovanni and Maya were about to welcome their third child together. She was 7 months preggo. “He took three lives. Senseless. It was overkill. The way he did my little cousin was horrible” Andreasha King, Giovanni’s cousin, told reporters. “It was after 10, and their children had to go to sleep for school. This all happened over him simply asking them to turn the music down. So it’s senseless. This is really heartbreaking for us.”
Giovanni had three other children from previous relationships.

This is why you don’t confront these drama loving monkeys about music or anything else! Just call the police and let them handle it! NO I’m not saying these victims were at fault! You should be able to ask someone to turn music down without it turning violent, however Milwaukeeans in general are just plain slow, have zero social skills and look for any reason to cause harm to people so it’s best to not even engage or approach them! RIP to this couple and their unborn baby!

When we had that problem, we reported it to the Apt. office. Fortunately, we were not the only ones reporting. Within days, he and his family were evicted. Sometimes it’s more than loud music. Living in an apartment, I’ve had to deal with very active child upstairs; I’ve dealt with loud sex, and I mean really loud, sometimes chasing each other around the house in the middle of the night, not giving any thought to those downstairs. It can be anything. Just report to the complex office.

Nothing but Satan!!! Satan showed up and showed out. The guy that murdered all three of them was full of the devil and shot them 🔫 this guy should never see the light of day. He murdered an unborn baby that is really sick and trifling. This family will never get over this loss. I hope and pray 🙏🏽 that this family can forgive this guy. The killer needs to repent for taking their lives like a coward and he should apologize to these folks family members and their friends. They may accept it or they may need time to truly accept his apology. My apartment manager gives residents a fair warning, continue to play loud music face eviction, I reported my neighbors (residents told me not to tell anyone and to mind my own business)for playing loud music at 1 a.m. next day I sent a email to the apartment manager and gave him the apartment number, told him that they were playing loud music and showed no respect for people who need sleep, next day the residents came home only to find their things thrown out in the streets ended up being homeless.

Ppl are crazy as heck these days , a man just killed his neighbor shot him 12 times for cutting down a tree on his on property . Don’t forget the woman that held the door opened for another lady behind her coming in the store and the lady didn’t say thank you .so she followed her out of the store and shot and killed her for not saying thank you. The same thing happened to a man as well the guy held the door open for him and he didn’t say thank you and the guy approach him and told him you could at least say thank you to me for holding the door open for you .the guy told him I didn’t ask you to hold no door open for me the man that held the door open then produced a gun and shot and killed him . People be safe out here. We were taught courtesy at a very young age to say thank you and please , and you’re welcome . Nowadays it could save your life .💯
