FRISCO — As soon as it was announced Karmelo Anthony would stand trial before a non-black jury in Collin County, Texas, the only question was would he be convicted of murder or manslaughter in the fatal stabbing đȘ of 17-year-old Austin Metcalf? Tuesday afternoon, after jurors deliberated for two and a half hours, Karmelo was found guilty of the former. Now the 19-year-old faces 35 years in prison. He’ll be eligible for parole after 17 years. Had Karmelo got manslaughter, he would’ve received 5 years. But Prosecutor Bill Wirskye wasn’t having it. He sought a 99-year sentence. “Mercy to the guilty is cruelty to the innocent,” said Wirskye. What’s crazy is prosecutors were so confident, they didn’t call any witnesses. The defense called one — Karmelo’s mother, Kayla Hayes — and that came during sentencing. “He’s my oldest, he’s my firstborn. He will always be my baby. I love him very much,” she told court members. “Does your son regret what he did?” asked defense attorney Mike Howard.
“Yes, he’s very sorry for what he did,” Kayla replied.
Given a chance to defend himself, Karmelo didn’t take the stand and it hurt his chances. Jeff Metcalf, Austin’s dad, got in Karmelo’s ass after the verdict was reached. âYou failed your parents, you failed yourself and you failed society,â he told the negro teen. It should be noted Austin beat the sh*t out of Jeff prior to the stabbing. Kid you not. Austin pummeled his own father and broke his arm.
So the Metcalf family has a history of violence.
Karmelo shanked Austin — a white track athlete from a rival team — during a high school meet on April 2, 2025.
Karmelo, who’s dating a white chick, claimed he acted in self-defense after he was shoved and bullied because he refused to egress a pavilion tent that belonged to Austin’s team.
Karmelo reached into his backpack and said:
Touch me and see what happens.”
Howard told jurors Austin had “no legal right to put his hands on Karmelo” to which Wirskye retorted “you don’t get to meet a shove with a stab, especially if you provoke the shove.”
After learning his kismet, a lachrymose Karmelo tried to flee the courtroom before being escorted to jail.
He’s now known as the ‘Track Meet Killer.’
Karmelo’s conviction comes on the heels of Rick Chow’s acquittal in the shooting death of another black teen, 14-year-old Cyrus Carmack-Belton.
So it’s been a rough stretch for negroes in America’s criminal justice system.
Congresswoman Jasmine Crockett insinuated she would’ve stabbed Austin under homogeneous circumstances.
Did Karmelo get a fair trial?
Was the non-black jury an implication the verdict was rigged?
Was the judge wrong for allowing white jurors while excluding negroes?
Should weaponry be used when getting pummeled by bullies who are bigger and stronger?
After all, little David used a slingshot to defeat Goliath.
*Law enforcement officials released doctored surveillance footage of the stabbing that was used as evidence in the trial.
Not sure how, mainly because it’s blurred and wasn’t zoomed in.

With the technology and satellites we have in place, that’s inexcusable.

To compound matters, several students recorded the encounter.
But scuttlebutt has it they were paid off to discard the videos.

Look, I personally don’t have an opinion on Karmelo’s guilt or innocence.Â
I wasn’t there and the video tells us nothing.
My issue is with the jury selection process.Â
If the judge honestly felt that blacks and/or whites couldn’t be unbiased, he should’ve excluded ’em both and selected Asians, Indians and Hispanics to serve as jurors.Â
Would that have been stupid?Â
Yes.Â
But jettisoning Black jurors was also nonsensical.

For all we know, these images were A.I. – generated.
The “runner” allegedly runs down multiple rows of bleachers without hesitancy and without missing a row of bleachers.
The the runner touches down at ground level, appears to briefly falter on dismounting the final row of bleachers, then allegedly sprints down a paveway with others also on the paveway; however, doesn’t appear to slow down to avoid colliding into anyone, nor do any of the figures on the paveway appear to attempt to dodge out of his way.
I believe that these images were deliberately provided to the public in such poor quality such that technical errors in the video would not be readily appreciated.
I believe that in reality nobody was injured.
I believe that both sides of this “fabricated fiasco” are comprised of crisis actors.

Why does the camera follow the Metcalfs from entering the stadium ONLY to the tent. The footage STOPS at the tent. When Karmelo came into the stadium the camera stops BEFORE seeing the tent. THE METCALF GANG SPLIT UP ON BOTH SIDES OF THE TENT BUT ONLY ONE SIDE IS VISIBLE. This video has been altered and edited.

That was their tent, and karmelo took extreme offense to the team captain (Austin) asking him to move out of their tent. Austin pushed him, and Karmelo stabbed him to death, then Karmelo ran and got combative with the coach. That simple. He had a chance to take a plea deal, but his family wanted a trial so they could continue to get gofundme money. If he had took the plea deal, the money would have stopped. Karmelo would have got 10 years for manslaughter, and may have done 5. Everything is not about race, some people are just foolish and violent!
