MIAMI — The adventures of Pookiesha & Ray Ray continue. Jahara Malik, 18, was thrown in the slammer after she Ctrl-Alt-Deleted her boyfriend, 17-year-old Yakheim “Keimo” Lollar, because he dumped her ass. The act of Zorro transpired on December 20, 2024 inside the parking garage of Yakheim’s apartment building in Miami, Florida. It was also captured on video. Jahara was recently sentenced to 17 years in prison. According to reports, Yakheim told Jahara he was sick and tired of her bullsh*t so he’s ending the relationship. A bout of contretemps ensued. As the quarrel intensified, Jahara pulled out a knife and stabbed Yakheim in the chest. When police arrived, Jahara lied her ass off — claiming she and Yakheim were horsing around when he accidentally ran into her blade. “I had the knife… we was just like play fighting and stuff,” Jahara recounted.
And then, I swear, he was making me mad… And I had the knife right here and he ended up running into it… He was trying to get it from me but he ended up running into it.”
Investigators believed Jahara’s story and she was about to get away with murder until Yakheim’s family held protests outside the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office, demanding accountability. Jahara was arrested a month later and charged with manslaughter. As previously mentioned, Jahara got 17 years in the penitentiary. Yakheim’s family sought the maximum sentence of 30.
“I want the max,” said Nathalie Jean, Yakheim’s mother.
“That is what I want. A life for a life. She took my son’s life for no reason. She took my son’s life because he was honest [with] her that he didn’t want to be with her. And she not realizing her actions, her behavior and her entitlement is the reason why he didn’t want to be with her.”
Yakheim’s aunt, Zeldrina Beecham, went off on Jahara at the sentencing hearing.
“You are a murderer,” she vented.
“You are a demon seed that your parents brought into this world to bring suffering on everybody else. Shame on them.”
Yakheim was a junior at Miami Northwestern Senior High.
He loved playing football 🏈 and video games.
