GEORGETOWN — “🎵Now, I ain’t sayin’ she a gold digger. But she ain’t messin’ with no broke n*ggas.🎵” Kansas City Chiefs receiver Xavier Worthy was thrown in the slammer after his cheating fiancée, Tia Jones, falsely accused him of beating her ass. The pseudo act of domestic violence transpired on March 7, 2025 at Xavier’s residence in Georgetown, Texas. According to reports, Xavier remunerated a private investigator to spy on Tia because he suspected her of f*cking other n*ggas. The PI recorded Tia’s infidelity and provided video corroboration. After descrying the evidence, Xavier told Tia to pack her sh*t and get the f*ck out. But, instead of doing what she’s told, Tia scratched Xavier’s face with her claws before pulling out a chunk of his hair. Then the mendacious damsel called police and said he choked her. Ain’t that a bitch? Xavier was arrested and jailed on suspicion of felony domestic violence.
But, after interviewing a key witness, Williamson County District Attorney Shawn Dick told reporters his office won’t press charges — which means Tia is a goddamn lie. “After further investigation by the Williamson County Sheriff’s Office and further discussion with a third-party witness, Mr. Worthy and his attorneys, this case is being declined at this time pending completion of the investigation by the Williamson County Sheriff’s Office,” he explained.
“We will continue to evaluate the case. As is our practice with all declines, should you develop additional information indicative of probable cause in this case, our office will consider that information and may present the case at that time to a Williamson County Grand Jury.”
Investigators asked Xavier, 21, if he’d like to press charges and he replied, “No.”
Social media reaction was wild.
