NEW ORLEANS — If you recall, Mystikal once rapped, “🎵Shake ya ass, but watch yourself!🎵” And that’s exactly what he’s gonna have to do in prison. The 55-year-old lyricist was sentenced to 20 years on Tuesday for beating the sh*t out of a popsy before raping her ass. The pussy theft transpired in July 2022 inside Mystikal’s Prairieville abode — roughly 18 miles from Baton Rouge, Louisiana. During testimony, the groupie told court members Mystikal (né Michael Lawrence Tyler) punched her in the countenance, strangled her, snatched braids from her scalp, then — as the proverbial cherry 🍒 on top — he purloined the vulva. Mystikal was arrested and charged with first-degree rape, which carries a maximum sentence of 25 years. But, after cutting a deal with prosecutors, he pleaded guilty to third-degree rape to get 5 less. He’s also registered as a sex offender.
“If I did that to you, I deserve the max sentence,” Mystikal told the victim.

What’s crazy is days before the sentencing hearing, Mystikal’s lawyer filed a motion to withdraw his guilty plea, saying he “did not have a sufficient opportunity to fully consider the consequences” of his decision. But the judge basically said, “Bullsh*t,” and proceeded with the case. Sadly, this ain’t the first time Mystikal whooped a woman’s ass before stealing the coochie.
The “Shake Ya Ass” rapper served 6 years in the penitentiary after he sexually assaulted his hairstylist in 2004.
He was also accused of rape in 2017, but that case was dismissed.
Social media reaction was unforgiving.
One commenter wrote, “Damn! At his age, 20 years is a life sentence.”
Another chimed in with, “She came to his house late at night and didn’t wanna f*ck? Something ain’t right. Anyway, the fool had enough money to hire a prostitute so there’s no excuse.”

To be a repeat offender rapist after serving time in prison makes me wonder if there are other women out there that he raped and they haven’t come forward. I also wonder if the guilty plea is he acknowledging he can’t control himself and will do it again so the only place for him is to be locked up.
